Cancellation Policy:
24 hour cancellation policy: All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to charge of 50% off total service scheduled.
If using a Groupon: Voucher number necessary to hold any appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will forfeit voucher. (this is the equivalent to 50% of service total). NO exceptions.
