Before coming to your appointment, here are some guidelines for getting the best, smoothest, most pleasant results from your waxing session:
Feel free to take a pain reliever (such as Advil or Tylenol) 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will help to reduce skin redness and swelling, and will help keep you calm if you tend to get nervous easily.
Please be sure that the hair has been grown out for 3 weeks prior to your first appointment, or grown out to at least ¾ of an inch.
DO NOT exercise or shower with hot water prior to your waxing appointment. These activities increase the blood flow and make the wax areas more sensitive.
Please reschedule your wax appointment if you do not have at least ¼ to ½ inch of hair growth 48 hours prior to your appointment.
